Product Manager II - Developer Engagement

📋 Description

• Partner with customers and teams to improve developer workflows.
• Own product strategy and roadmap for PRs, code reviews, and SCM.
• Surface insights from CI/CD, test optimization, code security, and Bits AI.
• Deliver scalable integrations across GitHub, GitLab, Azure DevOps, Bitbucket.
• Connect Datadog signals with AI-assisted workflows and remediation experiences.
• Measure success via adoption, engagement, and business outcomes; drive launches.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of product management experience building developer products or tools.
• Knowledge of modern software workflows: code reviews, CI/CD, APIs, webhooks, SCM.
• Strong customer empathy; use research, analytics, and data to guide decisions.
• Curious about AI; apply AI to improve developer productivity and release safety.
• Communicate effectively across engineering, design, and GTM teams; drive alignment.
• Experience with developer tools, CI/CD platforms, testing, or software eng background is a plus.
