📋 Description

• Own the day-to-day quality of receipt scanning submissions. Review submissions against validation
• Spot edge cases the current system misses, such as unusual receipt formats, retailer-specific
• Turn what you see in submissions into actionable feedback for engineering: clear bug reports
• Keep a prioritized list of what needs improvement and why. Rank it by customer impact, fraud risk
• Track fixes through the backlog. Follow up on status, confirm improvements work once shipped, and
• Write and maintain clear review guidelines, decision criteria, and escalation paths so decisions

🎯 Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of
• A genuine interest in consumer fintech, rewards and loyalty programs, or how products run at scale
• Strong attention to detail: you notice when something's off, and you care about getting it right
• A structured, logical mindset: you enjoy finding the pattern behind individual cases and turning it
• Effective written and verbal communication: you can write a bug report an engineer can act on right
• Prior experience in internships, projects, or extracurriculars related to operations, product
