Product Operations Manager, Crypto

📋 Description

• Support operational processes for Robinhood’s crypto products to be efficient and compliant.
• Collect and prioritize product challenges and communicate them to Product and Engineering.
• Partner with Product Managers to own and execute cross-functional tasks.
• Leverage AI tools to optimize processes across workflows.
• Support product ops including customer communications, translations, and pricing.
• Serve as liaison between operations and customer teams to equip support with tools and training.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of experience in crypto product operations or related field.
• Deep understanding of cryptocurrency markets, blockchain technology, and evolving regulations.
• Strong organizational and project management skills to drive complex initiatives across teams and time zones.
• Experience leveraging AI tools to optimize workflows across the business.
• Strong attention to detail with a proactive, risk-aware mindset and problem-solving.
