Product Operations Manager I, Customer Operations

📋 Description

• Release purchase orders and manage order administration end-to-end, from quote to fulfillment
• Become Axon Air's deal-processing product expert, helping Quoting and Commercial Operations teams
• Shape process improvements to quoting, ordering, and booking workflows alongside external Revenue
• Participate in sales strategy formulation to refine the go-to-market motion for each market segment
• Catch issues before they become delays by reviewing quotes and purchase orders for accuracy
• Build automations and tools that simplify sales operations — leave it better than you found it

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience
• 3+ years in sales operations, order administration, product operations, or similar
• Sharp attention to detail — you catch the error before it becomes a problem
• A builder’s curiosity: you see a manual process and want to automate it
• Comfort with ambiguity and complex deal structures
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM/CPQ tools
