Product Operations Specialist | Generalist

📋 Description

• Own operations for a meaningful product or set of Ramp products
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, design, data and partners
• Lay out a data-driven roadmap and build automation for scale
• Assist in launching impactful features and products
• Work with internal teams and vendors to scale operations
• Be comfortable working in-person at NYC HQ 2 days/week

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years in product management, ops, or strategy & operations
• Experience coordinating cross-team initiatives
• Strong root-cause analysis and problem solving
• Ability to translate qualitative/quantitative feedback into product recommendations
• Experience with customer feedback or user research
• Mentor junior teammates and provide constructive feedback
