📋 Description

• Develop a clear point of view on Replit's partner landscape and build a prioritized pipeline of
• Lead partner conversations from early exploration through joint product thesis, business case
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Partner Engineering, Legal, Finance, Marketing, and Sales to
• Work directly with Partner Engineers to scope integrations, demos, prototypes, reference apps, and
• Define success metrics before every launch activation: retained usage, apps created, deployments
• Build lightweight operating systems: partner scorecards, launch checklists, partner roadmap

🎯 Requirements

• Experience sourcing, structuring, negotiating, and launching strategic partnerships.
• Strong product judgment: you can explain why a partnership should or shouldn't influence the
• Technical fluency with APIs, auth, cloud and deployment, databases, LLMs, agents, and developer
• Hands-on familiarity with Replit or comparable AI-native developer tools; ability to build credible
• Ability to run an ambiguous, multi-party process from discovery through signed agreement, launch
• Credibility with both senior external partners and internal engineers.
