Production Assistant (24 Month Fixed Term Contract)

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary conduit between the Control Room and the studio floor
• Provide direct support to instructors and external talent involved in all class content production
• Assist in the planning and preparation of class recordings by reviewing class plans and playlist
• Act as Stage Manager in the studio, ensuring the class schedule is adhered to and instructors are
• Maintain precise production logs and reporting to ensure accurate documentation for all recorded
• Oversee all maintenance and hospitality requirements within the Green Room space

🎯 Requirements

• Desire to work in a daily, live broadcast environment and to gain experience working with on-air
• Ability to operate and problem solve in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high production
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Able to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, nights and weekends
• Passion for fitness, storytelling, and content innovation
• Proficiency in German or Spanish is beneficial but not required
