Professional Services Manager

📋 Description

• Prepare and manage FCC licensing and authorization activities, including FCC Form 601 applications
• Develop supporting FCC documentation, including technical narratives, site and equipment
• Support FCC Universal Licensing System activities and work returned or deficient applications
• Prepare and coordinate FAA Certificates of Waiver or Authorization for our PAO/PSO customers.
• Conduct site and airspace analysis and develop supporting materials such as CONOPS, safety
• Work with customers and internal teams to ensure regulatory packages contain accurate site

🎯 Requirements

• BS/BA degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
• 3+ years of experience in regulatory affairs, aviation, telecommunications, wireless spectrum, UAS
• Working knowledge of FCC spectrum licensing, FAA aviation/UAS regulatory processes, or both, with
• Strong technical and professional writing skills with exceptional attention to accuracy and detail.
• Ability to interpret technical information and translate it into clear documentation for external
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple
