📋 Description

• Engage with agency leaders (e.g., Chiefs of Police, Sheriffs, Command Staff, Directors of IT) and
• Contribute to pre-sale efforts by conducting needs assessments, providing technical demonstrations
• Lead and manage large and/or complex program implementations, ensuring readiness, compliance with
• Serve as a primary technical point of contact, providing advanced guidance on drone operations
• Develop, schedule, and deliver advanced drone-related training programs for agencies, ensuring
• Mentor Axon Air PSMs and cross-functional partners, sharing expertise, workflows, and best

🎯 Requirements

• BS/BA or equivalent experience.
• 3-5+ years of professional services, technical deployment, or UAS program management experience.
• Demonstrated success leading complex technical solution implementations.
• FAA Part 107 certification (required).
• Advanced expertise in UAS platforms: DJI, Skydio, SkyHero, Fotokite.
• Experience with detection systems (Dedrone) and drone management software (DroneSense).
