📋 Description

• Set up and own execution frameworks for large, multi-workstream programs — including operating
• Work closely with engineering, product, design, and marketing teams to define roadmaps and clearly
• Drive day-to-day program operations, facilitating coordination and collaboration across a wide
• Communicate program health, risks, scope changes, and progress to all relevant parties through
• Drive decision-making and alignment with senior leadership, influencing without formal authority
• Proactively identify blockers, risks, and critical path issues — and drive them to resolution

🎯 Requirements

• You have solid experience running and representing large, cross-functional programs — ideally
• You've worked directly with software development teams, while also handling complex dependencies
• You're a great communicator who can bring clarity to the problem spaces you take on, and develop
• You have a proven track record of influencing and delivering without formal authority over the
• You're comfortable balancing multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced, and international
• You have an eye for quality and a genuine curiosity for how things work — you bring thoughtfulness
