Program Delivery: Lead the day-to-day management of digital media programs, including paid media
Operational Leadership: Partner with Delivery and Media leadership to ensure efficient resource
Process & Scale: Create and streamline scalable agency-wide processes that improve how media
Quality & Standards: Ensure adherence to CourtAvenue standards with the highest quality
Tools & Systems: Optimize the activation and utilization of project management software
Risk Management: Effectively balance resources, budgets, and timelines to manage risk and pre-empt

🎯 Requirements

6+ years of project management and/or program management experience.
Direct digital media experience is required.
Previous experience implementing project management tools and platforms within an agency setting is
Strong attention to detail.
Demonstrated ability to operate under tight deadlines.
Ability to work across multiple concurrent programs, utilizing and sharing resources effectively.
