Project Manager

📋 Description

• Lead and manage all internal cross-functional teams and clients during the project lifecycle.
• Develop holistic project plans, including budgets, timelines, & resourcing needs, for both
• Lead and schedule necessary project-related meetings such as kickoffs, brainstorms, and
• Drive internal and client communication and collaboration on multiple projects with a variety of
• Own project-related contracts, including statements of work (SOWs), vendor service agreements
• Communicate directly with clients around budget, timelines, process & deliverables.

🎯 Requirements

• Agency experience managing projects, coordinating teams, and/or other planning-related duties
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• A strong understanding of agency processes, including strategy, creative ideation, content
• Ability to anticipate needs and solve problems in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Experience with project management software for work management and timeline planning.
