Project Manager, Practice Enablement

📋 Description

• Lead the full lifecycle of assigned projects — intake, planning, execution, monitoring, and
• Build and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and status reporting that give leadership
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders, holding owners accountable to commitments and
• Identify, track, and escalate risks, issues, and dependencies before they affect delivery
• Facilitate project meetings, working sessions, and stakeholder updates; document decisions and
• Partner with function leads to translate strategic goals into scoped, resourced, and sequenced work

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 2+ years demonstrated project management experience leading cross-functional initiatives
• Bachelor's degree in business, Project Management, Healthcare Administration, or related field, or
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements, or exposure to business analysis
• Proven ability to build and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and status reporting
• Familiarity with change management principles and practices
• Track record of delivering projects on time while coordinating multiple stakeholders and
