📋 Description

• Manage a handful of assigned searches from kickoff through offer acceptance, keeping each search
• Partner with hiring managers to clarify hiring needs, align on candidate profiles and evaluation
• Build strong candidate pipelines through personalized outreach, referrals, networking, and inbound
• Conduct recruiter screens to assess relevant experience and motivations, and keep candidates
• Gather timely interview feedback, facilitate thoughtful debriefs, and manage offer conversations
• Maintain accurate ATS records, use pipeline data and feedback to improve search execution, and flag

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in recruiting or sourcing, with hands-on experience sourcing candidates
• Ability to build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and teammates.
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-through, with a proactive approach to learning and
• Humility and self-awareness, with openness to feedback, a willingness to ask questions, and a
• Startup experience is a strong plus!
