📋 Description

• Manage the full recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, reviewing inquiries
• Conduct background checks and work history verifications.
• Organize and upload employee files in accordance with BAYADA standards.
• Collaborate closely with the Client Services Manager to identify, analyze, and fulfill ongoing
• Provide professional customer service by handling incoming calls and routing information
• Review after-hours on-call logs for calls that may require recruiting follow-up. An on-call
