📋 Description

• Lead and grow a regional team (PMs, Producers, scouts) to drive growth.
• Create and manage events from concept to launch (A to Z).
• Own the region P&L and develop local industry connections.
• Define regional strategy and scale Fever events to other markets.
• Build relationships with C-level executives at partners.
• Represent Fever at local events and conversations.

🎯 Requirements

• Project management/startup/consulting background (10y+).
• MBA from a top-tier school preferred.
• Fluent English; other languages a plus.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with large-team experience.
• Advanced commercial acumen; negotiate high-value deals.
• Curious, boundary-pushing, high-visibility role.
