🎯 Requirements

• Active and current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Vermont. Some positions require NH
• Graduation from an accredited and approved practical nursing program, as demonstrated by a diploma
• Minimum of one year of recent, verifiable RN experience.
• Prior hospice experience is welcomed but not required for RN Case Managers and required for
• Strong assessment, communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
