Registered Nurse Preceptor - Home Health Visits

📋 Description

• Precept newly hired RNs and LPNs, providing one-on-one clinical training during home visits and
• Monitor and manage progression of orientation, identify and address areas of opportunity.
• Provide 1:1 mentoring, support, and meaningful feedback — in person or via ZOOM — to new and
• Assist in developing and mentoring new preceptors, with ongoing assessment of preceptor
• Collaborate with the RN Clinical Manager and Clinical Educator to ensure ongoing staff competencies
• Assist the Director of Clinical Education (DCE) with education classes as requested

🎯 Requirements

• Active RN license in the State of MD
• Prior Medicare-Certified Home Health experience — required
• A genuine passion for clinical education, coaching, and mentorship
• Strong clinical judgment and the confidence to lead by example
• Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
