Registered Nurse, RN - Home Care

📋 Description

• Provide one on one care to clients of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels
• Deliver care in home settings, including advanced care such as tracheostomy and ventilator
• Use electronic charting (Statewise)
• Work flexible shifts: 8-, 10-, or 12-hour shifts; 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift; PRN, Part-Time, or
• Participate in paid training and shadowing with simulation labs

🎯 Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Skills in tracheostomy and ventilator management (preferred but training provided)
• Commitment to delivering high-quality home health care
• Ability to manage flexible scheduling
