Regulatory Surveillance Analyst 2

📋 Description

• Review eComms and Trade surveillance alerts
• Involved in improving the Compliance product to allow expansion
• Provide support for new clients in multiple markets
• Decode 'trader lingo/speak' and liaise with front office staff to understand complex trading
• Understand and articulate the various forms of market abuse, conflicts of interest, and other
• Identify / escalate non-standard communications or activities that hint at potential misconduct

🎯 Requirements

• Deep and genuine interest in Behavox as demonstrated by a connection to its mission, marketplace
• Strong knowledge of market abuse and other forms of misconduct that manifest in financial services
• Good understanding of the regulatory landscape and where to find relevant guidance and insights on
• Good understanding of 'trader speak' including surveillance operating models and governance
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) accompanied by excellent
