Rehab Manager, Clinical, Home Health

📋 Description

• Lead and support rehabilitation field staff in alignment with The BAYADA Way and BAYADA standards
• Partner closely with the Clinical Manager and Director to ensure consistent management of field
• Oversee rehabilitation service delivery, including review of therapy documentation, support for
• Help ensure the right clinicians are matched to each client and that documentation moves
• Support timely case management, authorization management, interdisciplinary communication, and
• Serve as an internal case manager and client advocate, collaborating with team members around

🎯 Requirements

• Current license in good standing as a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech
• Graduation from an accredited and approved therapist program.
• Prior supervisory experience commensurate with program requirements.
• At least two years of direct therapy experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills, a record of goal achievement, and a demonstrated ability to take on
• Successful completion of required clinical quizzes, competency testing, skills checklist
