Revenue & Inventory Manager

📋 Description

• Oversee day-to-day Revenue Management operations, guiding the team in executing pricing, inventory
• Monitor booking trends, market conditions and KPIs to identify and address risks and opportunities.
• Owns the creation, improvement, and maintenance of spreadsheets and dashboards based on revenue
• Tracks and reports on capture rate, price, and profitability on voyages, extensions, flights and
• Balance short and long term tactics with brand value and guest satisfaction, aligning with company
• Provide insights on product merchandising and maintain consistency throughout all channels.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent
• 5+ years of progressive experience in revenue management, pricing, inventory management, commercial
• Demonstrated experience developing and executing pricing and inventory strategies to optimize
• Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting booking/demand trends, pricing performance
• Advanced Excel skills, including experience building and maintaining analytical models, reporting
• Experience analyzing large and/or complex data sets and translating findings into clear, actionable
