📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end Revenue Operations strategy across Sales, Marketing and Customer, creating one
• Oversee teams that own forecasting, pipeline management, territory and capacity planning, target
• Run and optimize the core commercial operating cadences, including QBRs, Pipeline Councils and
• Redesign workflows around AI and automation
• Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer, Finance and Strategy leadership on growth planning
• Own the RevOps technology roadmap and ensure systems architecture supports multi-product and

• Led Revenue Operations, GTM Operations or a similarly broad commercial operations function in a
• Operated across more than one part of the funnel, with strong understanding of how Sales, Marketing
• Worked with complex enterprise sales motions where pipeline quality, deal progression, forecasting
• Been a trusted partner to senior commercial leaders, able to challenge assumptions and influence
• Strong hands-on understanding of CRM, automation and the broader GTM technology stack & used AI
• Worked successfully in environments where the operating model is still evolving and often isn't an
