📋 Description

• Build and continuously improve our reporting engine end to end, from the data models and
• Own QBR processes, including analyses using large, complex datasets and present your findings and
• Contribute to revenue planning, quota and target setting: including capacity-based quota analysis
• Investigate complex business questions with no established playbook. Determine the right data
• Build internal tools using AI-assisted development, balancing speed with accuracy, maintainability
• Architect solutions you may not build yourself: translate business problems into clear

🎯 Requirements

• At least five years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Go-to-Market Analytics
• Investigate open-ended business questions, determining the right data, methodology, and solution.
• SQL fluency and comfort handling large, intricate datasets – you think in joins, grain, and systems
• A systems mindset: you anticipate edge cases, understand downstream impacts, and design scalable
• Fluency with modern AI tools to accelerate analysis, problem-solving, and development – comfortable
• Strong analytical instincts and business judgment – you optimize for the objective behind the ask
