Make scheduled visits to the client's location to provide one-to-one home health care.
Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctor's orders.
Perform assessments and monitor client's condition.
Document observations, interventions, and evaluations.
Report any changes in the client's condition to the Clinical Manager and physician.
Perform medical tasks autonomously in the home setting.

🎯 Requirements

Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program.
Current nursing license in good standing.
