Lead, inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care.
Visit adult clients and conduct assessments in St. Petes/Tampa Bay Area.
Develop the care plan and oversee its execution.
Supervise nursing staff (RNs and LPNs) in the field.
Facilitate new hire orientation.
Participate in the training of new nurses and in-services for field staff.

🎯 Requirements

Registered Nurse (RN) with 2 or more years of experience as an RN.
Supervisory experience preferred
Trach/Vent experience preferred
Pediatric Experience Required
