RN Nurse Manager, Home Health

📋 Description

• Lead, supervise, and support a team of clinicians delivering high-quality home health care
• Review OASIS documentation, clinical notes, care plans, and other documentation for accuracy
• Help ensure adherence to Medicare regulations and BAYADA policies, procedures, and quality standards
• Conduct client assessments, supervisory visits, and field support visits throughout Hudson County
• Provide real-time clinical guidance and support to nurses in the field
• Lead or participate in case conferences and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support

🎯 Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 2 years of recent RN experience
• Home health experience strongly preferred
• OASIS and Medicare documentation knowledge preferred
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and problem-solving skills
