📋 Description

• Lead, inspire, mentor, and develop clinicians to provide exceptional care and patient outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as an RN in Home Health, Visiting Nurse Association (VNA), or
• 2+ years of leadership, supervisory, Clinical Manager, Patient Care Manager, or Nurse Manager
• Strong case management experience with a thorough understanding of Medicare home health regulations
• Demonstrated success leading, coaching, and developing clinical teams.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high standard of clinical quality.
