📋 Description

• Delivering quality care to clients with rare and complex diseases
• Providing extensive training to the ongoing care team
• Supporting the transition of care from hospital or HICU to home care
• Working in a teaching setting to prepare and educate the ongoing care team
• Committing to an ongoing, consistent schedule
• Ability to travel throughout Philadelphia County

🎯 Requirements

• Current license as a Registered Nurse (RN)
• NICU, PICU, ICU, or home care trach/vent experience required
• Passing score on high-tech Adult and Pediatric simulations
• Current CPR certification
• Availability for consistent, ongoing schedule
• Ability to work in a teaching setting
