Sales Engineer III (Customer Success)

📋 Description

• Partner with the sales and customer success teams to articulate the overall Datadog value
• Continually learn new technology to build competitive knowledge, technical skill, and credibility
• Deliver product and technical presentations with broad range of potential and existing clients
• Have a direct line of communication with the product team to collaborate on feature requests
• Help clients try and onboard the product and assist when they run into roadblocks
• Think creatively and help resolve the wide variety of technical challenges that may occur during

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years in Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering along with either DevOps/SRE, or
• Knowledgeable and experienced with DevOps monitoring, cloud architecture tools, and modern web
• Thrives in a high velocity environment demonstrating experience with juggling a high number of
• Enjoys collaborating and teaming with others
• Comfortable and confident in delivering technical presentations/demos
• Native-level Japanese proficiency (written and spoken) is required, as you will be communicating
