Sales Operations Analyst - Payward Services

📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end Request for Proposal (RFP) and Due Diligence Questionnaire (DDQ) processes
• Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, Security, Product, Engineering, and other stakeholders to
• Maintain CRM accuracy and integrity including accounts, contacts, opportunity stages, and customer
• Build and maintain sales pipeline reports and dashboards including conversion metrics and
• Prepare reporting materials for weekly pipeline reviews with sales leadership
• Manage transition from signed commercial agreements to customer onboarding

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional experience in sales operations, sales support, proposal
• Experience within banking, fintech, financial services, cryptocurrency, or digital assets is highly
• Proven experience managing RFPs, DDQs, security questionnaires, compliance documentation, or other
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional stakeholders including Legal, Compliance
• Hands-on experience using CRM platforms (Attio is an advantage; Salesforce or HubSpot is
• Ability to develop reports, dashboards, and pipeline performance analyses
