📋 Description

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process (sourcing, interviewing, negotiating, closing) for a
• Partner closely with teams to develop and execute successful recruiting strategies, leveraging best
• Use data and insights to influence the business on key decisions related to talent or business
• Help drive process optimization efforts on the team, and/or contribute to cross-functional projects
• Reliably use our Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse) and other tools in our recruiting tech stack
• Work cross-functionally with People Partners, Finance, and other internal teams on headcount

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting with a track record of closing in-demand talent
• Sales recruiting experience for a technology company required
• Additional exposure to technical recruiting or GTM recruiting preferred
• Fluent with key recruiting metrics and data that help inform optimal recruiting processes
• Knowledge of sourcing strategies that build diverse pipelines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting to senior leadership
