Salesforce Applications Engineer

📋 Description

• Design and develop Salesforce apps, configurations, and integrations for internal ops.
• Build custom functionality with Lightning, Apex, and Visualforce for workflows.
• Monitor reliability and respond to incidents through on-call and resolution processes.
• Translate internal requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions and integrations.
• Implement secure Salesforce configurations: permissions, objects, validation, automation.
• Leverage AI tools (Claude, Cursor) to speed Apex, Flows, and metadata development.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience building and maintaining Salesforce environments for enterprise systems.
• Experience building Salesforce apps with Lightning, Apex, and Visualforce.
• Design, test, debug, package, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions with clear docs.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with internal or third-party systems.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce config tools: custom objects, flows, validation, and security.
• Experience using AI tools (Claude, Cursor) to accelerate Apex/Flows and metadata.
