SEM Senior Manager

📋 Description

• Evolving the technical foundations of our global SEM program, identifying opportunities to improve
• Building and operationalising AI-powered workflows that automate optimisation, analysis, reporting
• Advancing our AI-driven SEM capabilities, including automated bidding and decision-making systems
• Identifying and delivering new automation opportunities, turning manual or complex SEM processes
• Partnering with Data Science, Marketing Technology and Product to connect data, AI and emerging
• Exploring emerging search and AI capabilities, testing where new technologies can create genuine

🎯 Requirements

• Deep hands-on SEM expertise with large-scale multi-market Paid Search programs
• Strong understanding of Google Ads, SA360, and modern bidding and automation
• Proven technical builder capability with automation and workflow deployment
• Hands-on experience with AI and workflow tools: Tray.ai, AirOps, n8n, Make, Zapier, OpenAI, or
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication of complex technical concepts to senior stakeholders
