Senior AI & Product Enablement Specialist

📋 Description

• Design and deliver technical training courses, workshops, and demos
• Develop training materials, including labs, presentations, and documentation
• Use AI tools to accelerate content creation and troubleshooting
• Own the reliability and automation of the training platform
• Partner with product, customer success, and marketing teams
• Collect feedback and improve training programs

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years experience in instructional design and technical training
• Advanced knowledge of containers, Kubernetes, Linux, and public cloud services
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (Bash, Python, or Go)
• Experience with AI coding assistants (Claude Code, Codex, or similar)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to travel as needed
