🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 1+ year service industry with direct customer contact
• Excellent communication (phone and email)
• Strong analytical, research, and writing skills
• Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Leadership experience; proactive and organized
