Senior Analyst, Strategy & Corporate Development

📋 Description

• Develop understanding of Axon's product, roadmap, and ecosystem
• Analyze M&A and investment opportunities with market insights and modeling
• Partner with executives to shape theses and prioritize deals
• Lead end-to-end due diligence and deal execution
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, Finance, Legal, and People Ops
• Prepare quarterly Board updates on Strategy & Corporate Development

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years in M&A/investing at top-tier bank, boutique, or PE
• Financial modeling and valuation expertise (Excel)
• Advanced PowerPoint; presenting to executives
• Ability to work across teams and external partners
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
