Senior Associate, Payroll Tax Analyst

📋 Description

• Acting as back up for weekly payroll processing of BAYADA Home Health Care
• Independently processing payroll for one or more joint venture companies
• Reconciliation of assigned general ledger accounts
• Backup to Manager for ADP reconciliation
• Assisting the payroll team in addressing tax related questions
• Processing tax adjustments and work with ADP on amendments

🎯 Requirements

• Four (4) year college degree
• Minimum two (2) years successful experience in payroll functions
• Prior health care and home care experience is a plus
• Effective project management skills including the ability to facilitate and organize
• Well-developed presentation skills
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal and motivational skills
