Senior Business Development Manager, New Products

📋 Description

• Build relationships with early customers to understand automation workflows and buying process
• Develop pipeline with design partners across AI, developer tools, and enterprise automation
• Advance deals from discovery to LOI, POC, pilot, and early commercial contracts
• Translate customer needs into product input for engineering and roadmap
• Collaborate with engineering to shape the product roadmap from live customer feedback

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in customer-facing roles in developer infra, AI, cloud, or security
• Background in business development, enterprise sales, solutions engineering, or partnerships
• Experience in early-stage or 0-to-1 environments where product and sales motion are defined
• Strong technical fluency to discuss architecture, reliability, security, deployment, and integration
• Proven ability to identify customer pain, build pipeline, run pilots, and close complex engagements
• Clear communication and ability to work with senior technical and executive stakeholders
