• 8-12 years experience in a fast-paced Tech environment, with a track record of high performance in
• Proven executive presence: Deep experience directly influencing and advising C-level executives
• Experience in leading complex, company-critical strategic initiatives end-to-end, with a solid
• Ability to distill ambiguous problems into simple, actionable direction, ensuring organizational
• Intellectual curiosity, innate hunger, and courage to work with high levels of ambiguity and
