• Full-cycle recruiting for senior, specialized, and business-critical roles, developing tailored
• Serve as a trusted talent advisor to leaders, translating business needs into clear talent

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a track record of hiring senior or highly
• Building trusted partnerships with senior leaders and influencing talent decisions through market
• Ability to develop proactive talent strategies through sourcing, talent mapping, pipeline
• Experience leading complex searches and interview processes from strategy through close, including
• Using recruiting data, ATS insights, and industry trends to improve hiring outcomes and drive
