Senior Compliance Analyst, Governance Programs

📋 Description

• Build a deep understanding of regulated-industry compliance requirements and how they apply to
• Establish and run programs that manage Snowflake's compliance posture against those requirements
• Become an expert on Snowflake's control environment, security features, and best practices for
• Serve as a trusted advisor on Snowflake's security and compliance obligations and documentation
• Build self-service resources so customers and field teams can increasingly answer compliance
• Join sales conversations to explain Snowflake's security and compliance capabilities.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in risk management, compliance, GRC, or a related governance function
• Proven program management experience, including leading cross-functional initiatives without direct
• Experience writing and maintaining governance artifacts, including policies, standards, procedures
• Ability to influence stakeholders across Engineering, IT, Legal, and Security to drive control
• Solid knowledge of at least one recognized governance or risk framework, such as ISO 27001, SOC
• Ability to translate governance requirements into practical controls and processes that operational
