Senior Corporate Accountant

📋 Description

• Analyze and explain monthly balance sheet and income statement fluctuations and variances.
• Record and reconcile accrual and prepaid transactions, including preparing and maintaining monthly
• Assist with compiling internal team requests and external audit requests.
• Research important accounting issues and recommend best practices and applications in accordance
• Lead meetings with stakeholders across departments.
• Partner with stakeholders across the business on shared accounting priorities.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• 3-5 years of total experience, preferably combined in public accounting and industry.
• Understanding of GAAP standards.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Experience with process improvement and proficiency with spreadsheets.
• Hands-on experience in the financial close process (preferred).
