Senior Counsel, Product Legal (Yield)

📋 Description

• Act as a trusted business partner to the Yield Product teams and other stakeholders responsible for
• Support Product stakeholders throughout the entire product lifecycle by advising on the legal and
• Coordinate with local counsel across jurisdictions such as Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong, the
• Translate legal and regulatory advice into actionable solutions that can be integrated into the
• Identify synergies and efficiencies in product development across jurisdictions as Yield scales
• Collaborate with Regulatory Compliance, Product Marketing, Licensing, Risk and relevant regulated

🎯 Requirements

• JD (or equivalent law degree) and active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• 7+ years of post-qualification experience, at least some of which was gained at a top-tier law firm.
• Experience advising on investment products, discretionary or non-discretionary management
• Strong regulatory advisory and/or product counseling experience with a reputable law firm
• Proven experience as a solution-oriented lawyer who enjoys working strategically with non-lawyers
• Strong stakeholder-management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with
