Senior D365 F&O Solutions Analyst

📋 Description

• Own and optimize D365 F&O modules (SCM/Finance) to meet business needs and controls.
• Design AI-first workflows using Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and MCP integrations.
• Partner with Finance for accurate reporting, month-end close support, and GAAP alignment.
• Build and maintain Power Platform solutions to surface real-time KPIs.
• Lead cross-functional discovery with Finance, Ops, Procurement, IT to define D365 specs.
• Implement AI experiences using Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, or MCP LLMs.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O in SCM, Finance/GL, or Cost Accounting.
• Finance foundation; month-end close, cost variance, AP/AR; translate to D365 config.
• Experience building AI-powered solutions with Copilot Studio, Power Automate AI, or MCP.
• Proficient in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) delivering production solutions.
• Strong analytical/problem-solving; diagnose gaps and communicate trade-offs.
• Experience in fast-paced tech/manufacturing environments supporting global finance or supply chain.
• Bonus: familiarity with D365 F&O concepts (X++, data entities, LCS) or MCP AI integrations.
