7+ years with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O (functional/tech)
Deep GAAP knowledge; month-end close and financial controls
Experience building AI-powered solutions (Copilot Studio, MCP, Azure AI)
Proficiency with Power Platform (Power Apps/BI/Automate)
Strong analytical/problem-solving abilities; translate requirements
Experience in fast-paced global tech/manufacturing environments; bonus: D365 tech concepts (X++, data entities, LCS, MCP)
