Senior D365 F&O Solutions Analyst

📋 Description

• Own and optimize D365 F&O modules (SCM/Finance) to align config with needs.
• Design agentic workflows using Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and MCP integrations.
• Partner with Finance for accurate reporting, month-end close, and GAAP.
• Build Power Platform solutions surfacing real-time KPIs for stakeholders.
• Lead cross-functional discovery with Finance, Operations, Procurement, IT.
• Implement AI experiences using Azure AI Foundry and LLM/MCP integrations.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on D365 F&O in functional/tech-functional roles.
• Strong Finance & Accounting knowledge; translate to D365 config.
• Experience building AI-powered solutions (Copilot Studio, AI Builder, MCP) and actively using AI.
• Proficiency with Power Platform (Power Apps/Power Automate/Power BI) delivering production solutions.
• Strong analytical/problem-solving skills; clear communicator to tech/non-tech audiences.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments; ideally global finance or supply chain ops.
• Bonus: Familiarity with D365 F&O concepts (X++, data entities) or MCP AI integrations.
