📋 Description

• Own developer and agent experience: Set the roadmap for how engineers and coding agents navigate
• Build the cloud coding experience: Build the developer-facing layer around compute foundations
• Improve agent output at the source: Change repository structure, interfaces, documentation
• Engineer context deliberately: Design what agents receive up front, discover progressively
• Own the internal skills system: Raise quality of shared skills and instructions through
• Fix everyday developer friction: Improve CI speed and reliability, local setup, testing, debugging

🎯 Requirements

• Exceptional with coding agents: Uses Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or similar tools for substantial
• Internal tools with real users: Built developer tooling or a platform relied on by engineers beyond
• CI or large-codebase experience: Made meaningful improvement to CI, testing, repository workflows
• Product judgment for internal systems: Interview developers, separate symptoms from root causes
• Strong software engineering: Built and operated substantial production software; able to move from
• Evaluation over intuition: Compare prompts, context, tools, models, workflows against
