• You understand the active code-writing problem and what developers on product teams face day to
• You have led this kind of transformation for development work before, and held or raised the
• You are a strong communicator with a software evangelist's energy and real experience leading
• You are a strong collaborator who can set a team up for deep, real enablement with product teams.
• You are a pragmatic operator who gets into the weeds of measuring progress and defining success
