📋 Description

• Lead the end-to-end design of learning experiences, from needs analysis and curriculum architecture
• Partner with subject-matter experts and stakeholders to identify performance needs and turn them
• Design learning journeys across live, digital, blended, and self-directed formats using
• Create engaging learning materials, including eLearning, facilitator guides, participant resources
• Use visual design and storytelling to make complex ideas clear, memorable, and engaging while
• Build interactive digital learning experiences using AI-assisted workflows and authoring tools such

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional instructional design experience and a portfolio demonstrating thoughtful
• Apply learning science principles such as cognitive load, retrieval practice, spaced learning, and
• Know how to uncover learning and performance needs, translate them into measurable objectives, and
• Create meaningful practice through scenarios, simulations, assessments, and other interactive
• Have strong visual and UX design judgment and understand how typography, hierarchy, layout, and
• Experience with rapid authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Captivate, Lectora, or similar
